Before Ordering

Quality Guarantee
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, design flaw, or shipping damage:
- Contact us at returns@chiwalker.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include a photo of the issue.
- We’ll respond within one business day with next steps.
Ready-to-Ship Products
- Processing time: 1–3 business days.
- Returns accepted within 30 days if unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Custom & Personalized Products
- Processing time: 3–5 business days.
- Not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to sizing errors or change of mind.
- Cancellations accepted within 3 hours of order placement (email returns@chiwalker.com).
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost.
